A few things to know

Where do I finish setting up?

Create your account on this website or in the app. Then use the app to verify your email and complete your candidate profile or company setup. Your progress is saved.

How does an employer start reviewing candidates?

Publish an opportunity with its requirements. Matching generates invitations for eligible candidates. When candidates apply, employers start with three applicants and can open more as needed.

What does the match percentage mean?

It summarizes the available evidence against that opportunity: required skills and credentials, relevant experience, and work arrangement. Two private Work Profile answers have a small influence. The explanation shows important strengths and gaps; the percentage is not a probability of hiring success.

Can requirements include alternatives?

Yes. An employer can create a skill or credential group and require any number of its selected options, such as two of five. Every required group must be satisfied. Nice-to-have items add value without becoming must-haves.

What if nobody meets every requirement?

Closest available appears automatically when no complete matches remain available for review. Candidates missing required skills or credentials have scores below 50%, with their gaps explained. The employer decides whether to consider someone who may need training.

How do experience levels work?

Employers can optionally set a years target and an industry-specific experience level. At least accepts higher levels within the same progression. Exactly asks for that particular level, which can matter for an apprenticeship stage. A level discrepancy lowers the score.

Which profile details do employers see?

Employers reviewing an application can see professional information such as skills, experience, credentials, and optional work history. Individual Work Profile answers remain private and do not appear in employer explanations.

When can people message each other?

An employer sends a connection request. Once the candidate accepts, both can exchange messages in the app.

Can I use the same account in the app?

Yes. Sign in with the same email and password. Website signup creates a platform account, not a separate mailing-list entry. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the app’s sign-in screen. Google and Apple accounts continue through their original provider.

What kinds of work are supported?

Employment and gig opportunities. Employers describe the work and its requirements; candidates add their professional field, skills, and relevant experience.

Can anyone download the app today?

The app is currently in beta with access managed through tester invitations. Creating an account does not automatically grant beta access. Public Android and iOS links will be added when available.
